My name is Pippa. I'm a compassionate integrative therapist offering online sessions across the UK. I draw on a variety of skills and theories which would most support you with what you bring to each session, such as attachment and inner child work, somatic exercises and - always - helping you to set boundaries. I'm a passionate advocate of Polyvagal theory, which helps people to understand their nervous system's responses to triggers such as fight/flight, freeze or fawn (people pleasing).

I can support and encourage you to explore and work through any issues which you feel are holding you back or causing distress.I'll draw on my experience to empower you with the knowledge and tools to set boundaries, increase your confidence and self esteem and help you discover your true potential.

I offer individual and couples therapy sessions from tranquil therapy rooms in the centre of Exeter, Devon. I also offer online sessions via Google Meet for UK-based clients and can combine online with in-person sessions.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute phone call. If you choose to go ahead, we would then arrange a 50 minute online consultation to find out more about you, set some therapeutic goals together and to see if you would like to go ahead with further therapy sessions.

Fees

Individual therapy sessions are £65 (50 minutes)
Evening and weekend sessions are £75.

When I Work

I work 4 days a week, Mondays - Thursdays, with a couple of sessions over the weekend and evenings on request.
